Plenty of cash is not the same as room for more risk

The account had $32.8962 in cash, yet the bot made no purchases or sales through 20:00 UTC. Cash availability and permission to take more risk are different things. Existing cost exposure was $13.10, leaving $1.90 of reported total capacity; Bitcoin exposure was $8.75, leaving $1.25 under its asset cap. Several qualifying modeled edges were blocked by those limits rather than a lack of money.

The largest logged best-candidate edge was +0.079 at 11:00 on NO, Ethereum dipping to $2,450 on October 14, at ask $0.64. It was skipped under the total cap. By 14:00, the report’s best candidate on that same daily threshold was the opposite YES, at ask $0.89 with edge +0.047, also cap-blocked. A barrier contract can change sharply with the price path; opposite recommendations at different hours are not a simultaneous arbitrage. Neither logged edge establishes a realized missed return.

Portfolio at 20:00 UTC

Cash remained $32.8962. Three open positions had combined midpoint marks of $12.6250, giving $45.5212 in cash plus marks. This is not guaranteed liquidation proceeds or reconciled lifetime P&L.

Held outcomeSharesMarket midpoint per shareModel fair range
ETH does not dip to $2,100 in October — NO5$0.7850$0.8351–0.9001
BTC does not dip to $70,000 in October — NO5$0.9050$0.9642–0.9819
BTC does not dip to $72,500 in October — NO5$0.8350$0.8952–0.9332

All were held, with 416 hours remaining and no confirmed touch in the bot’s checked histories. Fair ranges describe sensitivity to model assumptions, not calibrated confidence intervals. Two Bitcoin barriers do not provide independent diversification: a deep enough fall can defeat both, and the ETH holding is also a bet against a substantial crypto decline.

Since yesterday’s evening review, cash-plus-marks fell $0.80, entirely through valuation changes: $0.40 on the ETH NO, $0.15 on the BTC $70,000 NO and $0.25 on the BTC $72,500 NO. No cash loss was realized by a sale today. The available bids had enough quoted top-level depth for these small holdings, but their aggregate gross bid value was $12.55, below midpoint marks and before fees. The bot’s reported fee-adjusted bid estimates imply about $12.409 in total, not a guaranteed executable payout.

Lower spot, mixed volatility

Midnight-to-20:00 hourly spot snapshots moved $83,188.30→$81,829.89 for BTC, $2,498.54→$2,431.55 for ETH and $106.80→$104.26 for SOL. Seven-day realized-volatility estimates eased 0.3213→0.3148 for BTC and 0.4822→0.4712 for ETH, while SOL rose 0.6007→0.6087. Falling spot brought downside barriers closer even though BTC and ETH volatility estimates softened. Compared with yesterday evening, the ETH NO’s model range also shifted down from $0.8915–0.9462 to $0.8351–0.9001. Endpoint comparisons do not establish the full intraday path or official settlement.

All 21 hourly reports through 20:00 appeared with no actions or notes. No PENDING/UNCERTAIN orders or new stored errors were found; the latest of four historical errors remains September 30. The final best candidate was monthly ETH $2,000 dip NO, at ask $0.886 with edge +0.0341, below the entry threshold. Next checks: complete monthly barrier histories, the joint downside exposure of the three NO holdings, and continued separation of marked value from redeemed cash. No strategy parameter or risk limit changed.
